Hendersonville Christian Academy offers a dynamic summer camp for families with uprising 1st graders through uprising 6th graders. Campers have a different activity each day, along with daily Bible lessons. Campers can look forward to having fun, making new friends, and working on relational skills. One of the highlights of camp is going on field trips once a week. Subscribe for more information and registration updates!
Registration Fee: $75
*Available Rates
$215: Full-time (5 days) 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
$135: Part-time (3 days) 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
$55: Daily Rate (1-2 days) 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
*All rates include activity fees, snacks, and lunch.
*Rates are subject to change annually.
Three weeks' payment ($645) is due by May 1 of the year of registration.

Steps to Apply:
1. Under the Admissions tab, select Apply.
2. Fill in the required fields and select Create an Account.
3. Once you have created your account, log in and select Create a New Student Application.
4. Fill in your student’s information. Select the grade that your child will be entering in the 2024-2025 school year.
5. Select the Summer 2024 application.
6. Complete each section until there is a green checkmark beside each section on the left sidebar.
7. Review and submit the packet to be prompted to pay the nonrefundable $75 registration fee.
8. Select the following link to log in/create your Family Portal: Family Portal
Note: Parents of returning campers will already have a Family Portal.
9. Set up a payment plan through FACTS (required).
1) Log in to your Family Portal. Our district code is HCA-TN.
2) On the side bar, select Financial.
3) Select Set Up a Payment Plan.
Note: You will be charged an “enrollment” fee by FACTS for enrolling in auto-pay 2 weeks after setting up your payment plan.
10. Select the Monthly Payment Plan.
1) Enroll in auto pay (required).
Note: If FACTS shows a payment date after you set up your payment plan, that date is a deadline for me to finalize your payment plan. You will not be charged anything except the $25 FACTS fee prior to May 1.
Your child will not be enrolled in summer camp until each step is complete. Please set up your payment plan within 24 hours of submitting your application to hold your child’s spot.
Billing Information
A minimum of three weeks’ payment is due by May 1. The business office will schedule this payment to automatically draft from your account on May 1. You will only be billed again if your camper exceeds 15 days of attendance. Following 15 days of attendance, you will only be billed for the days your child is at camp.
Accounts will be billed each Tuesday for the previous week of camp. Your account will auto draft 10 days after the billing date. You will receive email communication several days before an auto draft and can view your billing information under Financial on your Family Portal.
