Camp Crusader will be open to current HCA families for Summer 2026.

Hendersonville Christian Academy offers a dynamic summer camp for families with uprising 1st graders through uprising 6th graders. Campers have a different activity each day, along with daily Bible lessons. Campers can look forward to having fun, making new friends, and working on relational skills. One of the highlights of camp is going on field trips once a week. Subscribe for more information and registration updates!
Registration Fee: $75
*Available Rates - Monthly Rate
$880: Camp 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
$150: Early Care 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
$150: Late Care 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
*All rates include activity fees, snacks, and lunch.
*Rates are subject to change annually.
Monthly payment ($880) is due on June and July 1st.
Steps to Apply:
1. Complete the Camp Crusader 2026 Registration Form.
2. Email completed form to a.hodges@hcacrusaders.com or info@hcacrusaders.com.
3. You will receive an email of enrollment confirmation along with information about setting up a payment plan for summer.
4. Set up a payment plan through FACTS (required). Former families will already have a family portal account.
1) Log in to your Family Portal. Our district code is HCA-TN.
2) On the side bar, select Financial.
3) Select Set Up a Payment Plan.
Note: You will be charged an “enrollment” fee by FACTS for enrolling in auto-pay 2 weeks after setting up your payment plan.
10. Select the length of the Payment Plan. (If you are enrolling for Summer ONLY, select the annual plan. If you are enrolling in school at HCA for the 2026-2027 school year, select the plan that is best for you)
1) Enroll in auto pay (required).
Note: If FACTS shows a payment date after you set up your payment plan, that date is a deadline for me to finalize your payment plan. You will not be charged anything except the $25 FACTS fee and the $75 registration prior to June 1.
Your child will not be enrolled in summer camp until each step is complete, including setting up the payment plan and paying the registration fee.
Billing Information
Payment for the month is due on the 1st of that month. The business office will schedule this payment to automatically draft from your account on June and July 1.
